Products Every idol is hand-made from natural clay and seeds. Small differences in colour, finish, weight and size are normal and are not defects. Seed germination depends on soil, water and weather and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders An order is a reservation until we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, clay quality or delivery to your area is not possible.

Pricing All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you order is the price that applies.

Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, bus services, weather or festival rush are outside our control.

Safety The idol is made of clay and seeds and is not edible. Keep away from small children and pets. Dissolve only in a bucket or pot at home.

Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account password safe. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content and images without permission.

Governing law These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
