Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation You can cancel free of cost while your order is Reserved or Confirmed. Once the order is Packed, cancellation is not possible because each idol is hand-made and packed to order.

To cancel, open My Orders in your account and use the Request cancellation button, or write to us.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Damaged or wrong item If the idol arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send photos within 24 hours of collection or delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Not eligible - Change of mind after the order is packed or shipped. - Idols dissolved, painted or altered after delivery. - Parcels not collected from the pickup point or bus station within 7 days.
