Shipping Policy

Dispatch Orders are packed and dispatched within 2-4 working days. During Ganesh Chaturthi week this can extend to 5-7 days.

Delivery options - 7 cm and 6 inch idols: pickup point or nearest bus station only. Clay idols are fragile and small parcels do not survive last-mile handling, so we hand them over at a counter or send them by bus parcel service. - 11 inch idol: pickup point, bus station or door delivery.

Pickup points After you order, we confirm your pickup point and share the collection window. Please collect within 3 days of the ready notice.

Bus station delivery We book the parcel to the bus station you choose and share the bus number, LR number and expected arrival time.

Charges Pickup and bus station handover are free. Door delivery for the 11 inch idol is charged at actuals and confirmed on call.

Damage in transit Photograph the parcel before opening. If the idol arrives broken, send us the photos within 24 hours and we will replace it free.
