Refund & Returns Policy — Plantable Ganesha
Every Plantable Ganesha is handcrafted with care and shipped with protective packaging. If your idol arrives damaged, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Damaged on arrival If your Ganesha arrives broken or cracked, please share a photo within 48 hours of delivery at hello@plantableganesha.store or WhatsApp us at +91 93911 72523. We'll send a replacement.
Returns & Cancellations As part of the Guinness World Record campaign, all orders are final. We're unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed. Each idol is made to order with live seeds and contributes directly to the movement — thank you for being part of it.
Delivery This is a campaign edition. All orders will be dispatched from 7th September and delivered by 11–13th September, well before Ganesh Chaturthi on the 14th.
